〔摘 要〕針對冶金爐內高溫熔體物位檢測自動檢測缺少標準化、成熟可靠的裝置及應用方案的情況,介紹了一種優化的高溫熔體物位檢測裝置。該裝置采用適用于高溫環境的物位檢測裝置新型設計,通過對雷達傳感器結構進行針對高溫環境的設計,增加多個散熱部件,重新選擇傳感器核心材料和散熱片材質,大大提高了儀表傳感器的耐溫能力,有助于提高物位檢測裝置在火法銅冶煉范圍的閃速爐、側吹爐等高溫爐體上的可靠性、穩定性,延長使用壽命。
