摘 要 實驗室安全管理是高等院校安全工作的重點內容，針對冶金工程實驗室中常見安全事故及管理方面的不足，蘇州大學沙鋼鋼鐵學院從加強實驗室基礎設施建設、完善實驗室管理制度、落實安全責任制等方面提出建設實驗室安全管理體系的具體內容。同事強化對實驗操作人員安全知識培訓，加強對實驗室安全管理工作。

Abstract Laboratory safety management is the key content of safety work of colleges and universities， aiming at the common problems of metallurgical engineering laboratory safety and management， Soochow University School of Shagang iron and steel from strengthening infrastructure construction， improve the laboratory laboratory management system， implement safety responsibility of the specific content of the safety management system of the laboratory system.
