摘 要:文章對有色金屬真空冶金技術特點如金屬反應受氣體影響較小、把控系統內外物質流動及生產過程污染度較低等進行分析,并對真空冶金的幾種開發技術如真空還原、真空蒸餾、真空脫氣及真空燒結等進行闡述,真空冶金技術的應用,是將真空技術的廣泛應用及技術進步作為基礎。因此,文章以真空熔煉、鑄造領域中的冷坩堝真空感應熔煉爐應用及真空熱處理領域中的新型電子束熔煉為例進行具體分析,望以此推動我國冶金技術進一步發展。 關鍵詞:有色金屬,真空冶金技術,真空蒸餾,真空燒結,真空脫氣 中圖分類號:TF13 文獻標志碼:A 文章編號:2095-2945(2018)32-0159-02 Abstract: The technical characteristics of vacuum metallurgy of nonferrous metals, such as less influence of gas on metal reaction, material flow inside and outside the control system, and low contamination in production process, are analyzed in this paper.
