硅酸鋯珠(CZS): 采用電解液中滴定成型，高溫燒結定相的先進工藝制成。珠內由致密的硅酸鋯微粒組成微觀結構，拒絕了毛隙和空腔，避免了晶相和玻璃相的分離，比同類珠子有更大的密度和硬度，磨耗率是同類硅酸鋯珠的1/2。中等的密度和硬度適合中低粘度漿料的分散和研磨，可匹配部分的砂磨機，為通用型磨介。氧化鋯含量: 64%, 氧化硅含量: 33%,比 重: >4.0kg/dm3, 散 重: >2.5kg/L,莫 氏 硬度: >7.0, 維 氏 硬度: >900kg/mm2,耐 壓 強度: 1200N(2mm), 粒 徑: 0.4-3.2mm,噸 磨 耗: 0.05kg/噸, 包 裝: 25kg/桶CZS zirconium silicate beads are shaped in electrolyte solution and hardened at a high temperature in kilin. Compared to the other zircon beads and the ATZ beads, they have homogenous microstructure and no air pockets. This give them 1/2 lower beads wear than the others.
