射流粉碎機

LNJP系列射流粉碎分級機是我公司針對產品粒度較粗，有特定粒度段要求、成品率要求高的產品而開發的一種全新粉碎分級機(最佳產品)，該機型主要具有成品率高、能耗低、粒度均勻穩定等優勢。廣泛用于玻璃微珠、金屬硅粉、石墨粉(電池負極材料)的生產。

◆采用我公司流能技術研究所開發的流體力學軟件，計算出最合適的流場，最理想的壓力分布來指導設計，噴流能的充分利用及粉碎強度控制技術，極大的提高了粉碎效率，降低了能耗，過粉碎??；

◆成品率高：該設備與目前市場上常規的磨粉機相比，成品率提高了8-15個百分點。

◆能耗低：裝機功率小、單位能耗低，比常規氣流磨低40%；

◆耐磨性好：二次風采用專門的設計，使二次進風全段面均勻流，保持清洗流場均勻穩定，大大的降低了磨損。
